Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within a short window before it ships. If the order has already shipped, follow the returns process below.

If a product is eligible for return, contact support to obtain return instructions. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect returned items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
